I didn’t know about oxalic acid. Thanks for the tip!
I will definitely try to use this acid in combination with pressure washing around the house and to clean my boat too.

I like using more natural solutions and not various kinds of soaps that contaminate the water and the soil. I will also suggest using it at sparklewash.com. It’s the best cleaning company in my city, and I order general cleaning from them every year. It would be cool if this year they wouldn’t use any chemicals but this acid instead, especially when cleaning the façade and the porch.

I usually wet a small towel/rag with the Lime Away and 192.168.100.1 192.168.1.1 just wipe down the stained areas and wait an hour or 2 to see if tough areas need another wipe down.

I used CLR three years ago then wax it once a year. After every trip, I wipe it down with bling hot sauce. It has vinegar and wax in it. Stays almost new looking. And it's a 2013.

Oxalic Acid works well for many things. I am a bee keeper, so I buy it by the pound, and mix it to the concentration I want. Fairly weak for cleaning engines, stronger if there is a lot of staining or corrosion that needs to go.

I do a similiar thing using cleaning vinegar on stained areas of my painted aluminum hull. Being a mild acid the vinegar does a great job of removing mineral and water stains. Also use it in the dishwasher to clean it, stuff works great !!

Vinegar is good stuff, too.
Cleaning vinegar... Where do you find that? Inexpensive?
