Part on a 1976 Johnson 9.9

We know what the part does...but we just are not sure what its called. Can anyone tell me what its called?

Needs to be replaced because the plastic where the clip is supposed to go is so worn the clip will not stay on.

Thanks! I called my local marine shop and explained it to them. She said they have it in stock for $22.
