Currently working on a project boat. Aluminum 1996 Spectrum. Noticed this on the inside of my hull when I removed the pour foam. What’s the smartest way for me to handle this!?!?

I have not dealt with this personally so can't help. But I know I've seen a lot of posts in the past about how folks deal with corrosion issues. Mostly under the "Conversions and Modifications" forum.

I suspect your question slipped through the cracks. This is my long-winded way of saying "Bump". :) :)
 
It just looks like staining and some very mild oxidation to me. Nothing to really be concerned about.

Give it a good scrub with soapy water, or a mild degreaser. See what it looks like. If it's pitted really badly, shine a light on the other side and see if the pinholes go all the way through.
 
Doesn' t look deep, I'd just scrub it really well with a copper scrubbie and and white vinegar, then rinse really, really well. Aluminum is 'self-protecting' from the air by the layer of oxidation that forms on the surface. I bet there was wet foam right up against those panels in there that prevented air from helping the aluminum protect itself.

On any areas of appreciable depth or pinholes, prime and coat with West Systems G-Flex 650, a flexible epoxy.
