questions about used Yamaha 25 4 strokes

Might be getting a good deal on a used 2002 Yamaha 25 4 stroke tiller. Is there any pos/neg info about these motors out there? Also, is there anything I should look for on used 4 strokes in general before buying. I've only owned 2 stroke motors prior, any info is appreciated.

I've only heard good things about the 4 stroke yammy's. I had a 2 stroke yammy for a couple of years and it was a good motor but it was too small for my boat (only a 5HP). I know they seem to hold their value just as good or better than most other motors. I was in the market for a new motor recently and bought a Johnson 4 stroke and it is has been sweet so far.

I had a 2004 9.9 Yammy 4 stroke and the thing was nothing but great - such a quiet and efficient motor. I can't speak for the 25, but I am fairly certain it would be similar.
