It's worse then cabin fever I tell yah! Most all the lakes here in kentucky are flooded to dangerous levels and the army core is scared to the bone about Dam failure and Dam breach. At rough river it is going through the emergency spillway and it has never been that high before. Main roads are bridges are cover with water not to mention all the dam rebuilding there doing.
But to stay on track with fishing reports . They are catching stripes off the boat ramps and some are braving the high water to find crappie .. A friend of mine went to a flooded out water shed and caught some killer size bluegills. He told me the biggest one ones did not have any eggs in them but the smaller 1/2 pounder ones did. I just wounder if it was too early or if the bigger ones all ready spawned ?
Well folks If you do fish the flooded lakes be carefull I'm sure they have some killer tows to them..
