Not the best picture in the world, you can see on the right side my fancy floor jack mod. I plan on installing a proper hand crank trailer jack when I rebuild the trailer.

Previous owner gave me one of these when I bought the boat 3 years ago plus it is equipped with a trailer jack. I hardly ever use the trailer dolly to be honest. Yours has more character though.
