Removing of swivel seats from MirroCraft 14'

Is it possible for the swivel seats to pop out or do I have to scrape my knuckles and remove the little screws first? I can't find the manufacturer name on the seat. I just bought the boat and am replacing the rotted wood under the aluminum bench seat.

Unless you can remove the swivel from the bench first, you're scrapping knuckles....
