I seen a bunch use pvc to use as rod locker or some type of tubbing was wondering on how the guides on the poles hold up after a while after taking a beating on the water of the bounching up and down i realize there not suppose to move a bunch but they still do any one have a problems .

Foam
I have taken out the water logged foam in the boat weighted it to 630lbs or so not going to replace it alot of you have done this to have any of you had problems with that mainly the woay the boat rides sits or handles rough water . I no the boat will be faster thats a given but how is it handling. Just looking for some input

630 lbs is a LOT of weight. Your boat will perform and handle much better. Flotation foam (dry) has no real effect on any performance parameter. It only comes into play if you swamp the tin. Given adequate dry foam the hull will stay afloat rather than sink. IMO that is pretty important and justifies replacement of the foam. "
