Running trans cable next to power lines

Is there any problem with running transucer line in 1 inch PVC with electrical wiring ? Looking for signal issues as 2 of the wires are for the trolling motor so it will se it's share of amps and volts. Thanks for any info

Some manufacturers warn against doing that because of interference.Check with the manufacturer to find out what they recomend.
