7-11AM. 78-80 degree water temps, no-light wind. Didn't realize there was a tourney going on here today, was greeted to a parking lot. Figured since we already made the hour drive we'd stick around for a little while. Right away we ran to one of our better spots & I lose two off the bat. Then I finally land a nice fish on a PTL 4.5'' Conviction Craw in after we make a move. About 100 yards away I lost another nice fish boatside on a boogiebait. Went 1 for 4. :x Tough bite I guess w/ all the boat traffic. They were just taking it & swimming with it, bite was light. I'm not a fan of fishing while there are tourneys goin' on (respect) so I decided we should just call it a day.

Nice fish.
While I agree with you on the respect thing,if I drive an hour to a spot,I'd be fishing for a bit to.
