can anyone tell me what year this may be. no HIN # so i had to get NYS marine police to issue one.

it had plywood transom sandwiched between aluminum, which was rotted and i replace with solid CCA and stainless bolts.

If it has no HIN or doesn't show where a HIN plate was riveted to the transom it's probably early 1970's or older.
 
Find pictures of Sears boats that have a known years and compare the Sears emblems. How much of the HIN can you read?
