I swapped my 1232 for this 1432.
The guy showed me where the boat had been dented in by what I don't know.
After removing the deck off of it I fond this split that I guess he had tried to fill with what looked like liquid nail.
So this is the fix that I have came up with. Stop drill the crack finish getting the rest of the dent out grind down smooth where someone tried to weld and wire brush the paint away. Then I will alodine the aluminum make a patch from a piece of .025 aluminum one for the outside and one for the inside cold bond the patch using a flexible type sealant and wet install some solid fasteners. I believe that should take care of the crack. What do you guys think? Will the patch work?

Started on pre fitting the storage deck and removed foam from rear bench for storage

Your choice, of course, but I'd kinda want to see if it leaked before I started removing floatation.

I agree, the plan is to do a leak check after I replace some fasteners in the floor and I am going to be adding foam before the new floor goes down.

Wow I can't believe I have had this boat two years and I have finally almost got it finished. So I tried to do something different different and it didn't turn out good. So I ended up going with a smoke gray. Don't know why pics are not in order.
