I swapped my 1232 for this 1432.
The guy showed me where the boat had been dented in by what I don't know.
After removing the deck off of it I fond this split that I guess he had tried to fill with what looked like liquid nail.
So this is the fix that I have came up with. Stop drill the crack finish getting the rest of the dent out grind down smooth where someone tried to weld and wire brush the paint away. Then I will alodine the aluminum make a patch from a piece of .025 aluminum one for the outside and one for the inside cold bond the patch using a flexible type sealant and wet install some solid fasteners. I believe that should take care of the crack. What do you guys think? Will the patch work?
