Smokercraft Alaskan deck material

I recently bought a '92 Alaskan 13'. The deck is covered with a material that almost looks like bumpy, gray spray-on bed liner but it's glued or stapled to the deck like a piece of vinyl. Really tough stuff! What is it and does it have a trade name?

Do you want more of it ? or just how to remove it.

My brother had a piece made for him by his friend that does
the spray in bed liners.
They took a blue plastic tarp and spread it flat on the concrete driveway
and sprayed it with the bed liner.
Then, my brother cut it to size to fit parts of his boat and glued it down
instead of spraying it directly on the boat surfaces.

does this sound something like that ?
