Happy wife = Happy Life! :LOL2:
The old lady wanted Ribs and I cooked Ribs. These were marching orders and I was happy to oblige.
I used the 2-1-1 method to cook these ribs, and I like it! https://www.averagejoecooking.com/smoked-baby-back-ribs-2-1-1-method/
I got the ribs ready by removing the membrane off the back of them, put on a nice light layer of mustard and then applied Jeffs naked Rib rub recipe all over them.
Went outside and Fired up the Weber WSM. I tried to keep the temperature between 225 and 250 the whole time. I was able to, but had a tough time for some reason. The smoker wanted to stay between 245-253. :? I did use Hickory wood chunks for the "smoke".
On the Grill.................
2 Hours In to the smoke........
Foiled and ready to go for the next hour.........
Final product layered with a modified BBQ Sauce (KC Masterpiece Base)
Quick YouTube video of my baby at work! :LOL2:
