Because Food is my favorite hobby!

Nothing fancy, remember I am not a writer, composer, author, none of that. Some of the stuff you have seen before, other stuff not so much.

For sure check out the Flank steak recipe and the Bacon Wrapped Chicken Wings!

Again this is just spare time BS I like to do.

I checked it out, cool site. I am a food lover too and BBQ/Smoke all the time.

I think your bacon wrapped poppers have a place on your new site.

Great blog/site there Jim! Have you ever looked at or tried any of the "Grillin Fools" bbq techniques or ideas? They have a couple of great ones that you may want to check out, along with some AWESOME wild game (deer/elk) grilling tips. I did the bacon wrapped tenderloin off their site and it was AMAZING!

great idea, gettin ready to buy a new smoker, any input on a good yet budget friendly one?

You can go as cheap as $50 with great results: https://www.basspro.com/Bass-Pro-Shops-Smoken-Grill-Charcoal-Smoker-Grill/product/63366/76028 I have had ribs from this smoker and they were awesome!

OR you can spend more for great results. I had the Weber smokey mountain cooker and it made great food. You can have one of those from 300-400.

I have been saving my pennies for a Big Green Egg or a Horizon Smoker. It's almost time to pull the plug

Very cool stuff Jim.

Where do you all find time for all of this. I barely have enough time to eat...much less read about the food I could be eating. #-o

And yes....because of this schedule...I've lost about 12-15 lb since the end of February. I'm not complaining about that for sure.

I'll make this my first post on the forum Jim, I have a smoker and use it a lot. I'll be checking out your blog for updates.

Here's a recipe I found a while back. It might be the most deadly and delicious thing ever created.
