Well, is everybody as foundered as I am? Wild hog shoulder cooked on the smoker, meatball appetizers, boiled shrimp.. we even fried 5 lbs of frog legs. :lol:
8 adults and 2 children were here and I might have enough left over to take for lunch 2 days. :shock:
Here's the wild hog shoulder. I had to split it in half to get it all on the smoker.
