Tracker 1232 question

I have a Tracker 1232 that I'm getting ready to buy a motor for. I have added a plywood floor in the middle and front and have a trolling motor mounted on the front. It is rated for a 3.5 hp motor. I was thinking of getting a 6 hp motor. Will this be too big and what type of speed can I expect with a 3.5 hp motor if I end up going this route.
