Trolling motor or electric outboard for 600 pound mini pontoon?

I'm new here. Old chick living in South Carolina. I'm looking at a mini pontoon boat that weighs about 600 pounds plus maybe two people. This is for fishing and slow cruising around the lake. However, I do want the best speed I can get from the available choices (in my price range). One choice is a 24V 80lb thrust Traxxis. Second choice is Torqeedo Travel 3HP. Third choice is Epropulsion Spirit 1.0 3HP. I would love opinions on these three options. The plan is a small boat I can manage by myself.
