I recently rebuilt a 1962 15hp Sea King. All new internal engine parts excluding crankshaft. New seals in lower end, fresh oil. Fully serviced and clean carb. What you think it is worth? Starts in a 1/4 turn of flywheel warm and a pull or two cold.

Condition and overall look of motor is used but good. Id like to keep it, just curious of what you think this is worth.

Not seeing the motor and just your description.

About $250 to $500

Depends on the area you live in and the desire of the buyer?

In certain areas of the country motors typically go for the higher end of the quote....especially the Southern portion of the US.

If someone is looking for a motor that reminds them of their childhood fun, fishing trips with their dad or grandpa, then you are pulling on heart strings. They may be willing to pay the higher end and maybe then some for a really good running motor and is in good cosmetic shape.
