Wrapping inside corners with vinyl flooring

Hi Guys, I can not find this answer on the internet....
How does one wrap inside corner with the vinyl flooring? I can only think of cutting an extra small piece and gluing it in. Am I missing something?

I work in commercial vinyl roofing, but I've never done marine vinyl, so take this with a grain of salt. I'd use an oversized round shaped patch over top of the base membrane. You want to have a couple of inches of overlap between the cut and the edge of the patch. You also don't want sharp points on a patch. Points create weak points that are much more prone to pulling up than a smooth, round edge.
