I have a 2500 and a 3000. They are the older CI4, not the +, but they work just fine! Practically stole the 3000. Picked it up on closeout last year for $144!!
I have 2 older Sustains, LOVE them. I played with a new one at a Field and Stream and I wouldn't give you the Stradic price for it. I'd go Stradic or CI4+. Myself, I'm either going with a JDM Stella or a Rarenium CI4+
Being they are SiC, and 2 of them are Ti framed, they're not gonna be cheap anywhere. Authorized Fuji dealers are required to sell at MSRP to retail customers and the wholesale prices are set by Fuji as well. Give Karen at Bingham a call (913-897-6657). She's pretty fair on the shipping charges.
No, those jigs were purchased. I've since upgraded to some nicer ones that cut the ring in to more pieces. The slots for the saw are much thinner too, allowing for much straighter cuts and better checkerboard alignment.
I used to use Gamakatsus exclusively. Then, I broke a hook on a fish. just the eye and part of the shank came back. thought it was a fluke, til it happened again on another fish, with a different size hook......then again. I gave all of my Gammie dropshot hooks away and switched to Owner...
Rod should be able to handle 4oz or more. You'll have to venture into the musky or saltwater section to find anything that will not explode on the cast. I'm currently building one for a customer and I'm using what's classified as an all purpose saltwater/cobia/tarpon/barracuda blank. It's a...
Meet Ms. Taylor (NO, she isn't named after the singer). We rescued her on Sunday from the Humane Society of the Ohio Valley. She is a 1.5 year old flat-coated retriever/border collie mix. Someone must have spent some time with her because she knows lots of commands and listens really well. She...

On Wednesday, Tiffany was diagnosed with a transitional cell carcinoma in her urethra. Patty and I have discussed all of the options and their side effects and we agree that it is best to surround her with...
I finally finished the NFC and had a chance to field test it on some Erie smallies in June. My initial impression was correct. This rod is lighter in power than rods I typically dropshot with, but it did not lack the power to boat some 4# and 5# smallies. Overall finished weight of the rod is...
