Cfh1177, be careful when screwing on your filter, i had the same unit and hand tightened it and the brass fitting pulled right out of the plastic housing, returned it and went buy an aluminum housing.

Lowes sells a product called Deck Restore, that looks like some mean stuff, it made to paint on wood, to resurface old decks, though it looks like truck bed liner and can be tinted to like 20 different colors, The label claims it can fill a crack up to 1/4 inch. Here is a link...

I did a search but nothing came up. Has anyone used or ever heard of Rabud hatches. The prices are much more reasonable than Tempress, they also claim to be made to walk on. Just want to make sure I'm not wasting my money.
