That looks awesome!
I LOVE smoked/grilled food. Recently did a smoked venison "roast beef" that was incredible. I ran it through the meat slicer, and it was so good that we never got to make sandwiches with it. We kept tasting, and sampling, and next thing you know it was GONE.
For lunch, I made grilled Deer-Burgers with bacon, eggs and cheese:
Tasted a lot better than it looks, actually.

Well if memory serves me right the canals from Central Florida to Lake Okeechobee had dock side bars where ya could buy beer/cocktails. Thought maybe food delivery would be the next step.

They have food trucks, so why not food pontoons. Probably would only be viable for weekend business on lakes busy with rec boaters.

Ohh................well we haven't caught any yet but when we do.............well down here a gator make take em off before he gets to the boat!
