Need some serious help with my 1993 20hp 2stroke merc
Get a small lawn mower battery and hook up a small electric fuel pump and test it out. Every thing I see points to a bad fuel pump.

1978 15 hp Evinrude
Most long shafts I've seen have a spacer in between the lower & upper. Try Van's Sport Center in Grand Rapids Mi.they have a lot of used parts.

Evinrude fastwin weep hole... what is this one?
No photo. With no pic I would guess a drain for the lower cavity.

Brand New 1980 J15RCSD ?
I think it's way too high. Used motors of that year up north here go for around $500 to $600.I find it hard to believe it's brand new. :---)

2001 Mariner 25M
I have a 2000 Merc 25 hp. They are great motors. The choke high idle can be a little tricky until you get used to how it works. Mine pees as soon as its started. Good luck, now go fishin.

Where to get this oil vent gasket?
I believe I used a Holley Fuel Bowl Screw Gasket which any auto store should have.

Where to get this oil vent gasket?
I used a gasket out of a carb rebuild kit for just that.
