you bet they are! theres a bazillion boats on here just like yours that have had decks put in them. thats a good boat for a build, lots of possibilities. DONT USE TREATED LUMBER, it will damage the aluminum because of chemicals they use to treat the wood. cant wait to see what you do with the boat.
