Ok, you'll need the .126-.250 grip range for the transom braces and the .251-.375 grip range for the bottom anchor plate.

Did you measure the diameter of the holes? Are they 3/16"?

I'm gonna order rivet tool and rivets today. I found one online with harbor frieght that is only $20 lowes and Home Depot want $50 for theirs. Heard anything bad about the harbor frieght one ??
