I found a 73 Alumacraft with a 25 hp Mercury and decided to try my hand at converting it, I have been a reader of the forums and articles on this page for some time and I've always been an avid fisherman (doesn't matter what kind) I have found this site to be extremely valuable as far as ideas and if I had a problem and posted it someone always answered which I think is great in itself, anyway I'll transfer some of the pictures that I took and post them.
