Im new to posting on site but Ive been reading and learning for months
I bought the 1860 6months ago(hard to find) and have been looking for motor
i found a 18ft crestliner with motor cheaper than I could find just motor and i will
have everything I need to install( if someone is interested in the crestliner let me know)
I started last week tearing out the 1x6 floor they had in it and making aluminum braces
Im going to put a center console in the boat
I found A console in scrap at a boat shop
I also epoxyed my new plywood floor as learned from this site
Im taking the boat monday to have the aluminum braces I made welded in
the braces are flat aluminum that was gave to me and I cut and bent it into channel

IM POSTING HOPING I CAN GET SUGESTIONS AND HELP WITH MY PROJECT
THANKS TO THIS SITE i HAVE STARTED AND WITH HELP I WILL FINISH

motor hanging and waiting

jackplate notice lower corners had to be cut
when you start a mod it seems easy then every part needs customized
now prime and paint console
I havent decided to paint whole boat or not just thinking about beating on docks at ramps
and crappie fishing close to docks may not be worth it
