1966 Sea King 3.5 hp parts

Where can I get replacement parts for a 1966 Sea King 3.5hp, 27903.
I am looking for a friction bushing. It goes under the cover in the red box below

There might be a facebook page for fans of those motors. That's how I found parts for an old Sears/McCulloch I had.

I loosened the tension screw and it still did not move. The friction bushing looks work out, some of it rubbed off into the metal cover and shaft. I am going to try and sand the plastic off the metal parts. put it back together and see how it goes.
