I've had this boat for about two years and used it for crabbing and fishing in Maryland. Then someone stole my 6hp Mercury motor, so i decided to do some work to the boat till i can afford a new motor! Hope you can get some ideas, and feel free to offer any! i'll keep posting pictures as i get things done.

I like your floorboards. That's what I'm going to do in my 1436.

Stole a Mercury 6Hp. That guy had to be really desperate!
It'll go up for sale in another neighborhood or city.
Make a police report as they have Detectives who check into yard sales and 'for sale' posts.

I lost a 20Hp Johnson. It showed up in a Drug bust some 15 years later.

yeah I've been checking eBay and craigslist since it went missing, and made a police report the faybit was stolen, but no luck. maybe I'll get my 6hp back 15 years later too lol.

Took the boat out for the first time last week and the boat worked great! caught a few perch, but mainly just drove around! hope my build can give you some ideas and if you have any questions for me, just ask!!
