1991 Bass Tracker Pro 16 Restoration

Here's what we have: 1991 Pro 16 that has been living under the South Texas sun for 11 years. Basically just hull at this point with a bunch of old memories.
Last weekend we replaced the hubs, wheels and tires so we could get the thing out from down by the river and haul it to where we're going to work on it. Obviously this thing is in rough shape. It's going to be the "BIG Project" my buddy and I were looking for. I will continue to post more photos and commentary along the way. Please feel free to join in on the conversation!
