Just picked up a '93 FM164 Sea Nymph. I would like to move the rear seat base out towards the middle of the boat, it's to close to the right side as it is. My question is can I simply move it to the middle and anchor it wit stainless lag bolts or will I be drilling into something under the floor....Thanks in advance

I'm not that familiar Sea Nymph models. I assume the seat is mounted on a pedestal to the floor as opposed to a rear bench. If yes, I can understand the concern you would have drilling into unknown territory. You might do a search for your boat in the conversion & modification section as there may be photos that will show what is underneath the flooring. Also, consider posting a photo. Might help others more knowledgeable than me respond.
