guys im looking at a new ALUMACRAFT from academy is this boat 15x60
or am i reading it wrong

i am a new meber im from austin tx
 
Welcome Aboard! Is there a link to look at? Haven't personally heard of a 1560, but it's highly possible that they're made :)


I see a 1650 on their site. Which model are you looking at?
 
Can you give us a link to this boat online? I too think you got it mixed up with a 1650, which is 16 feet long, with a 50 inch bottom width.
 
Ah, you can still do quite a bit with a 1542. Check out my Yazoo mods up in the restoration forum. What specifically do you need to know about it?

As bassboy1 stated, quite a bit you can do with a 1542. :)

It all depends upon your particular style of fishing, and your preferences. Set down with paper & pencil & jot down some of the modifications you'd like to make, and then make a rough sketch of them on the boat.

What I, or any other member here like on their boats might not work well at all for your boat. It's all about individualism :wink:

would like to make a mini bass boat/crappie rig i want a front deck i really like what a member did to his 12x32 with front deck carpet and cup holder lol what do you guys use as anchor tie downs
