Aluminum boat repair

Hello, first timer on the forums. Just signed up. I have a 17' G3 and I damaged the keel and while back just from shoring it too much and I think some rivets are also in need of replacement. The keel has been worked on but the person did not actually fix the issue and just ended up adding some reinforcement which doesn't prevent it from taking on water. It takes on a ton of water and the bilge pump basically never stops. Does anyone know of anyone in the New England area than can do some pretty extensive aluminum repair and possibly rivet replacement? I'm a bit desperate at this point. She hasn't been on the water for a couple years now because of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Willing to pay whatever at this point to get it done right and water ready.
