Breakfast!!!

Poached eggs on top of skillet fried Spam on top of toast. Best breakfast ever!

Note that we used "less sodium" spam to keep it healthy.

There is a recall with Spam right now. You may want to check your cans to see if they are affected by the recall. I hate to be a party pooper but I love me some Spam.

In my humble opinion, the one that says "tocino" on the can is the best flavor.

SPAM = SPecial All purpose Meat. Haha

I think in general it is popular with Asian/Pacific Islanders. Corn beef hash too. Happily I'm married to one (uh, married to an Asian Pacific Islander, not to corn beef hash. Even California doesn't allow that... yet)

nice. i havent had spam in probably 35+ years either. i have almost bought a can just to see if it is as bad as i remember

my favorite camping breakfast slice the spam cook it on a cast iron pan then cook eggs over easy put a slice of cheese on the egg while it's finishing to melt it then put the spam egg and cheese on a english muffin. Toast the whole sandwich in the pan delicious. My favorite is the jalapeno spam
