Yes. Charge it fully when your done and top itoff before you go out the next time

X2. Nothing's worse than rushing home to get a couple hours of fishing in before dark only to realize you forgot to charge your batteries after last use. Keep your batteries topped off like 2sac said and you'll always be ready. Plus, your batteries will thank you by lasting longer.

even if you only use the battery for a short period of time you need to charge it back up.
left in an uncharged state that level could become the new full reducing the capacity
