Voltage is a pretty useless measurement for LiFePO batteries because the voltage discharge curve is so flat. You can track the A/hrs or Watt/hrs used if you need a meaningful measurement of remaining battery capacity.

IMO - Just fish and charge at the end of the day or before the next outing. If you are running out of battery capacity on a regular basis then the system is undersized.
