Cheap cupholders

I got tired of chasing my drink all over the boat so I went looking for cupholders the other day and was amazed at the high price. I figured I could come up with something cheaper and came up with these...... 3" pvc, a floor drain plug, and some paint. I already had the pipe and paint, so I've only got about $4 in them. Enjoy!

Good idea, not gonna fly out of the boat or break either. Drill a couple half inch holes on one side to easily mount
them too with a couple screws. Used the same idea for some rod holders. The floor drain is a nice touch.

Yeah I thought about that after I had them painted.

I think a buddy of mine used 4" so his can wrap would fit to keep his drink cold. :lol: :lol:

I use bicycle bottle holders (light and do not rust) and bolt them in loose so gravity keeps the drink from spilling when the boat rocks. Or if you really want cheap and you do not want to put more holes in your boat Walmart sells cup holders the you can hang anywhere on the gunnels (4 for about 2 bucks). See attached photos.......
