What is part 13 in this diagram? Ive noticed what seems to be exhaust comming out of it.

Perfectly normal. Exhaust fumes and water fill the void inside the exhaust housing so it is expected and normal to have exhaust fumes coming from there. Its just and access hole I believe on that model
