I need a good depth finder, don't need or want something fancy, just good and dependable

I would say just about any of the baseline fish finders would do the job for you, as long as we're talking lakes, rivers, bays. humminbird, garmin, lowrance all offer a sub-$99 model that would perfectly suit your needs

I will be pulling a perfectly good piranha max 150 of my boat to upgrade. Has depth, water temp, and a basic ff aplication. Its maybe 2 seasons used. Holler at me if you want it. Maybe 40 bucks

X2!
99% of my fishing is done in 12' or less of water, either at night or on a local river. The most important thing to me is depth.
Find a screen you like, and you should be happy.

Will any or all of these units come with the transducer Transom Mount

Yes all unless specified otherwise. Like mentioned on another thread humminbird has some great deals on closeouts. Avg 30-50% off retail

Ok, Bass Pro has a sale going on, I got A Lowrance Elite-5 HDI Combo Unit. It will be a Learning curve

I guess a little more than a $99 dollar unit.

Good choice!
