I take a quart bag of duck breast and marinade them in a large dish with 1 bottle of teryaki and 1 bottle zesty italian dressing.
I let the sit in the fridge over night ,the I cut them into 1 inch by 1 inch pieces cubed.
Then I take a package of bacon and cut it in half .
Next take a can of pinaple rings and cut the rings into 4 quaters.
Get a handfull of toothpicks(wood) and soak them in a bowl of water for about thirty minutes.
Take your duck cubes and take a quater of pinapple and wrap it with a half of a piece of bacon and stick a couple of toothpicks though it to hold it together.
Light your grill and cook the duck at 200 for about thirty minutes.Or until bacon gets cooked not crispy.
Its very important not to over cook it wiil dry out quick .Check it often until you get the hang of it.
