Evinrude Gearcase Oil Plug

1991 Evinrude 30hp Question is which washer is need for the oil plug and vent? ordered replacement washers online and had to order rubber washers and plastic washer because I was unsure which ones to use?

Most of the ones I have seen were a white plastic washer, but rubber should work as well.
