I could make them on the lathe pretty easy, but I don't know how cost effective it'd be. Not counting the time involved, a pair of ½" diameter by ¾" thickness with a stainless stud and gaskets would be about $10-12 in parts.

You could make your own out of the hardware store with some nylon standoffs, nylon or rubber washers and studs with nuts. Easier yet would be a couple of pass through bushings, like they use for running TV cable through a block wall and a stud.

Most performance shops will have something similar, as these connections are pretty much standard equipment on drag cars.
