Fly fishing for bass

yes, it's fun indeed. but the relatively small size of fly lures makes them prone to attack by small fish....still fun though.......

I do frequently here in texas. we have several flyfishing clubs around the houston area.
also flyfish saltwater in the gulf. it's very popular here.

I've done it a number of times for small jaws in the BWCA using a 6wt rod and dry flies.

I love fly fishing for bass. Especially big poppers and other big foam flies. The fight is really fun on a fly rod.

I love fly fishing for every species on fly, my favorite though is taking my 3wt out for small snook and tarpon. By small I mean 10-16 inches, they are plentiful in the backwaters and on a 3wt a lot of fun!

I fly fish for bronze here in a small river here in NJ... Tons of fun! Catching 2-3lbers on a 4wt flyrod is a blast! 8)
