Well ladies & gent's Been busy for a bit and got a chance to jump back onto my boat & clean some more foam out. now have come to area in bow where platform frame is and keel fits into nose of bow foam. seems some water / sweat built up and cause a touch of wetness on foam was concerned so I removed the side parts which somewhat held keel up right and sturdy. Found out a couple other things like the floor was put in and then boat was sprayed as underfloor is bare aluminum no primer no paint! / So, it's getting some before I lay down new deck. Another thing I came across. the Metal panels which run the Ribb's of boat one had foam which worked its way partly under and other side did not. you can note in pics. I choose to remove the doz. or so rivets & clean that foam out too as was & is waterlogged & more I think about it since 97% of foam is gone, I am going to remove the bow foam as well and reinstall all new" panel & liquid pour foam" where needed". But she is cleaning up pretty good, just want to make sure when all goes back together, and install is done it adheres to the walls and area's where foam needs to be confined at. Choose to do a double coat of waterproof and stain on deck as well. I personally will say this boat if cared for after I finish will never ever have to have this done again!
