Just rebuilt the carb on my '01 Yamaha F25. Put it back on the motor, and when I pump the bulb fuel comes out of this port. What gives?

Glad you caught it on your own. If you were to reassemble it and it still leak there it would mean the float is then also set too high and not fully closing the needle valve.
