gamefisher 7.5

I bought a 7.5 gamefisher and rebuilt the carb, put a new plug in it and put a water pump impeller on it, my question is i hooked the water hose up to it and started it but where should i see water spraying out? only place i see it coming out is with the exhaust is that normal or should i see it coming out the two little holes higher up the prop.?

Your engine has a air cooled power head.Only the exhaust and lower unit are cooled.Water will only come from the exhaust.

I have same motor, I just put new impeller on mine as well and I get a mist of water coming out of those two holes along with exhaust

yes water should spray out of those holes, but mine is more of a mist than a steady stream too

how much water do you put in your bucket i might have to raise the water level, i get alot of air but can't seem to get any water?

i fill my barrel up to rite under the pee holes so i have some extra water to splash out

X2 only mine is the Ted Williams model.

Yep.You should get a mist out of those and the rest of the water runs out the exhaust opening over the prop.

Put more water in the bucket and she sprays a mist of water out the holes, that makes me feel better. Now i got to figure out why it bogs down when i put it in gear.
