Gander Mountain Rod Curved

Last fall I purchased a Gander Mountain Titanium rod. The top of the rod has curved toward the left. Has anyone else had this happen. GM is saying that I have it stored improperly and has caused this. I keep all my rods stored in a BPS rod rack standing straight with all the pressure from the line/reel.

I have actually have this happen to me, not the same rod but it was bent. The company said it may be caused by heat

If the rods are ever left stored leaning against a wall, or with pressure from the bait keeper hook, it only takes one time(sometimes)

Yep, a buddy of mine and I purchased a couple of identical high end rods at BPS a couple months ago. His was slightly warped and mine wasn't. He returned his and got one that was almost perfectly straight.

Well I see my comment has been deleted , I guess it's okay to laugh about "shaft length" but not bent rods. :LOL2:
