Has anyone used these Epoxy Rustoleum products?

Wondering if anyone has every used these Rustoleum products on their tins. Wondering is they actually work and if they would be more effective on the interior or exterior hull... :-k

Heard about someone who applied the Coal Tar paint to the interior of their hull, but didn't

No I have not but getting ready to use the Rust-Oleum marine primer and Marine topside paint on my build.

Only place I've ever heard of coal tar epoxies being applied has been to in-hull aluminum or steel fuel tanks.

Yep. Coal tar on fuel tanks. Not sure about its resistance to UV light.
