For some reason, and I may be way off, but something about a ground wire on the breaker is coming to mind.
Seems like I had a generator that the ground wire had come loose on at the breaker and it wouldn't generate power. It may not be that simple, but that's the first thing I would check.
Being me, if that didn't fix it, and I didn't find any other routes to investigate, I'd pull it apart and check to make sure everything is connected like it's supposed to be. Don't do that though, not unless your really mechanically inclined :mrgreen:
